Terms & Conditions for Layout Photo Collage – PSTR

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Layout Photo Collage – PSTR mobile application (“App”). The App is provided by Evgenii Fomin (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from misusing the App.

3. License & User Content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of the photos and materials you import into the App. You are responsible for ensuring that you hold all required rights to such content.

You agree not to upload, create, or share content that is:

• illegal
• infringing
• defamatory
• hateful
• pornographic
• or otherwise objectionable under applicable law

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Paid features may be provided through auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) or one-time purchases.

• Billing, renewals, cancellations, and free-trial rules are handled entirely by the store where you made the purchase (Apple App Store or Google Play).
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Charges begin at the end of a free trial (if offered) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party SDKs for analytics, attribution, subscriptions, and advertising, including:

• Apple
• Google (Google Play, Firebase, AdMob)
• Adjust
• AppMetrica
• Adapty
• Meta/Facebook SDK
• TikTok SDK

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• reverse-engineer or decompile the App
• scrape data or overload the App with automated requests
• bypass or interfere with security features
• violate any applicable laws
• infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• the App will operate without interruptions
• the App will be error-free or secure
• content or features will be preserved without loss

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• loss of data
• loss of profits or revenue
• damages related to or arising from your use of the App

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• your content
• your use of the App
• your violation of these Terms

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if:

• you violate these Terms
• you misuse the App
• we determine your behavior may cause harm

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means acceptance of the revised Terms.
