• Support emails are stored only as long as needed to resolve your request.

11. Data Deletion

• You may delete local content by removing the App.
• To request deletion of analytics/attribution/subscription data, email: pstr@apps-suites.com

Include device/platform details so we can coordinate deletion with our processors.

12. Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled exclusively by the respective store. We do not issue refunds directly and cannot modify or override the store’s decisions.

You may request a refund from Apple or Google in cases such as:

• accidental purchases
• technical issues preventing access to paid features
• unauthorized transactions
• billing errors made by the store

We may assist by:

• confirming technical issues on our side
• providing guidance on how to request a refund

We cannot:

• approve or deny refunds
• access your payment information
• issue payments
• influence the store’s processing timeline

Refund eligibility and processing are determined solely by Apple or Google.
